Well Tracy had wonderful news…after discussing with her manager and as Tracy stated “there was just something in my voice that prompted her to help” and help she did; Tracy asked if I could come up with 14988; I assumed she was saying $1.049.88; which was great; but Tracy was saying $149.88…that’s right…I immediately took my car in, expecting to wait (no problem) but Tracy had set up 1 day FREE rental… My car was serviced and ready that day at 4:30PM and it was even washed!!!!Toyota of Carson is the BEST!!!! And Tracy Poplar was GREAT even before this but now…I will be a LOYAL CUSTOMER!!!!!!”
